I have been a student of Yoga since 1995 and a teacher of Yoga since 2006.
I am the founder of Om Tara Yoga Studio as well as a Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition, an Ayurveda Counselor and Shirodhara Practictioner. All levels are welcome as we explore the practice of Yoga.
