She also has certification as a SilverSneaker FLEX Yoga Instructor through Tivity Health, teaching Chair Yoga to older adults. She has Yin Yoga Certification with Bernie Clark and currently teaches Yin yoga as well. As a published author, Jackie shares techniques and strategies for taking responsibility for one's overall health.
