I have been studying and teaching Hatha Yoga, since 2014.
I have taught students ages 3-83 in studios, backyards, at country clubs, and fitness centers. I have been speaking and facilitating since 2015 starting at Youth Group and Youth Conferences about the power of meditation and mindset. At the Evergreen State College, I hosted movement meditations with a student group, in study I hosted an Artist Collective across mediums, In my printmaking classes I organized local show to bring our work out of the classroom. In 2018 I walked miles across northern Spain completing the Camino de Santiago, I graduated with my Bachelors of Liberal Arts with an area of emphasis in Sociology and Rhetoric. I graduated from Heart Alignment School of Yoga in 2020 with Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Certification. I also completed my Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching Certification with NASM in 2022. More Recently I have been studying and managing and writing. I am currently studying permaculture and Ayurvedic Nutrition, and specifying Yoga and fitness for endurance and outdoor recreational athletes. I regularly indulge in yoga philosophy books and Mel Robbins Podcasts, and walks to the Puget Sound. I teach meal planning at the local food co-op. I want to serve my community with healthy and sustainable habits and practices inside and out.625
