She received her 200 level training from the Native Strength Revolution program which is primarily Vinyasa based. She additionally has taken trainings in Chair, Prenatal, and Youth focused practices. She is passionate about being an ally on healing journeys for all who wish to practice and believes that all individuals deserve access to the healing principles of Yoga.
