My class offerings have ranged from chair and other gentle forms to vinyasa traditions. My training/studies path: Sivananda -> Power -> Ashtanga -> Iyengar & Alignment-Based Vinyasa Renée DeTar with the Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies is my primary teacher.
