With 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, she is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of her community through supporting positive lifestyle behaviors that improve over all health and quality of life. Jaime’s classes focus on creating a safe space for people of all shapes, sizes, and experience levels to develop an individualized yoga practice supporting body, mind, and spirit. Her class motto is “take what you need, and leave what you don’t” with respect to each individual’s unique yoga journey.
