My current certification is the Medi exercise specialist. I also am a Licensed massage therapist. This year I have taken yoga and pilates so I can integrate those modalities in the recovery process of my clients. Specialties: Post-rehab for injuries, special population exercise, personal training,sports training. We also do many modalities of massage...specializing in sports and orthopedic massage. Health and exercise prescriptions is offering (PEHS™ ) Proactive Employee Health Services. We offer a wide range of programs: Stress reduction, walking program, exercise programs, stretching program, nutritional guidance. lots of choices to fit everyone's readiness to change their lives. My clients have been Trident Seafood Inc.,Saturna capital investments and BP British Petroleum, helping to set up their wellness programs.
