Jaime Lewis

I started practicing yoga in 2014 as a way to start a workout program (or so I thought). I started to learn that yoga was so much more than that. I began to notice that I started to feel better in my life and in my thoughts when I would go to class. Naturally I began to practice daily and learned a lot from my teachers. I became certified to teach in 2017 so I could share this same joy with others. I continue to learn and grow at every chance I get. I have now began to teach private lessons, yoga on zoom, goat yoga on a farm. bringing yoga and nature together has become so wonderful. Yoga really is for everyone, and every religion, and every culture. It's about loving others and yourself, and learning how to live your fullest life. We have to be the change if we want change to happen.
