Jaimi Beck

She started in a Hatha and Vinyasa studio and fell in love with the practice. Today, she teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Her classes build heat, move with steady breath, and close with slower, grounding holds.She values self-discovery/improvement and believes yoga is an imperative tool to achieve such. For Jaimi, the practice extends beyond the mat. It shapes how she pays attention, how she responds, and how she shows up for others, and this reflects in how she teaches. When she’s not teaching yoga, Jaimi teaches high school English, focusing on British Literature, Public Speaking, and Celebrating Diversity. At home, she shares life with her sphynx cat and three ferrets she absolutely adores.
