Currently teaching at YogaSix (Y6 Rochester Hills). My passion is providing training and guidance to beginner students or those who have injuries or pain. I enjoy teaching my 101 (for beginners), Restore, and Slow Flow Vinyasa at my studio. Seeing the enjoyment, aha moments, and relief on the faces of my students is what makes me happy.
