Have been practicing yoga for about years After studying and practicing various styles I eventually came "home" to Ashtanga Yoga Ive had the fortune of studying over the years with Tim Miller David Swenson Kino MacGregor Mark Darby and many more senior Ashtanga teachers I also got to take a few classes with Pattabhi Jois in NYC during his last visit to the US I began my teaching back in at a local YMCA and taught privately Most recently I had an opportunity to pursue my teaching certification in Mysore India The experience was incredible and the teachers I had deepened my practice and my ability to teach I believe that anyone can practice this incredible gift of Ashtanga Yoga no matter what fitness level.
