Ryan Kennedy is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
He also holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and is a Board Certified Dance/Movement Thx (BC-DMT) through the American Dance Thx Association (ADTA) and a Registered Somatic Movement Educator/Thx (RSME/T) through the International Somatic Movement Education and Thx Association (ISMETA). He is also a Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst (CLMA) and Certified Massage Therapist (CMT). He is the Founder and Executive Director of Noeticus Counseling Center and Training Institute in Denver, Colorado and former chair of the Somatic Counseling Psychology Program at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. He has been practicing and teaching from a body-based, movement-oriented perspective since 1993 and loves integrating somatic, contemplative, and expressive arts processes to encourage and support personal growth.
