James Zeller

He holds a dual major undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Toledo. James has held a number of different positions over the years from hospitality to banquet catering; from public speaking to SEO creative content writing; from sales to event planning James has a passion for mindfulness. He has practiced Zazen Meditation since has taught several collegiate courses in both philosophy and religious studies has infrequently given presentations and workshops on meditation religion history positive psychology and esoterica. James is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS. James brings his broad background with him to the yoga mat to create a truly harmonious blend of the physical mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of human experience.
