I began teaching yoga in 2005 after receiving a level I and level II certificates through YogaFit.
Since this time, I have been teaching yoga throughout the Yakima Valley; some of the studios include: Wapato Senior Center Selah Civic Center Yakima Yoga Surya Yoga Private group in Tieton, WA Core Balance Yoga Collective of Yakima I have received certificates in the following areas: Ashtanga Kids Yoga level I Yin Yoga certificate through My Vinyasa Practice 200-Hour RYS through Yoga Education Institute I am currently working on completing a certificate in Restorative Yoga and achieving my 500 hour RYS.
