Jamie Bailey is a certified yoga instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance having completed her training in Costa Rica with School Yoga Institute With expertise in yoga strength development HIIT electro muscle stimulation cycling and Pilates Jamie is committed to guiding others on their path to wellness As a breast cancer survivor now navigating osteopenia she is currently developing a -week practice/program aimed at reversing osteopenia and preventing osteoporosis Her passion for helping others thrive extends beyond physical training as she fosters hope healing and growth through active listening love and support Outside the gym Jamie enjoys traveling with her loving husband and their two energetic daughters who are deeply involved in dance and cheerleading Constantly expanding her knowledge in health and wellness Jamie brings a holistic and compassionate approach to empowering her clients on their health journeys.
