Jamie Blackson

When I left the military, I still remained attached as I followed my husband around for another 12 years. Through my travels I needed to find something for myself and a community to call family. I found that at my first yoga studio and never looked back. I love everything that yoga has given to me including: peace in the eye of the storms, grounding when things seem overwhelming, and strength and flexibility where I once was stiff and inflexible. I have been practicing on and off for about 5 years and practicing steady for the last two years. I recently decided that I wanted to have the opportunity to teach yoga in the hopes of offering others what I have gained through my practice. I graduated in October of 2022 and started teaching at a studio in December 2022. I love teaching and practicing yoga. Hope you can join me sometime.
