Additionally, I am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), where I empower others to live thier highest potential on and off the yoga mat. My educational background includes graduating from Emory University Health and Wellness Coaching program, further enhancing my knowledge and skills in supporting individuals on their wellness journeys. I also hold a Bachelor's of Liberal & Studio Arts Degree from Berry College, underscoring my commitment to personal, professional, and creative development.
