About
When I was 11, I spent time deciding what kind of life I wanted to have.
Do things that are interesting, and that have value to other people, and keep growing, don't get stuck. Yoga meets all these criteria.I'm most interested in teaching restorative and gentle yoga, with attention to alignments and patience. Have studied simple fundamental techniques of pranayama, with a view to careful safe teaching. Also am highly interested in the history and teachings of yoga.Trained at Mount Madonna Center in the traditional 8 limbs of Ashtanga yoga. Practical mysticism on the hoof.If it's not fun, it's very likely not worth doing.
