She completed her YTT200 and Chair Yoga certifications at Yoga Bird in Ft. Myers, FL; online Restorative Yoga training through Yoga International; Science of Slow and Informed Yoga for Trauma Recovery through Kristine Weber's Subtle Yoga; and a 100-hr somatic healing certification through My Vinyasa Practice. She also hold certifications in sound healing and breathwork. Jamie currently teaches all-levels, restorative, slow flow, gentle, chair, and aqua yoga classes in studio, gym and community settings.
