I am a dedicated professional deeply immersed in the fields of neuro-psychology and holistic well-being.
My journey into mental health counseling and yoga therapy began over two decades ago, marked by transformative experiences and the establishment of my first venture, Jamie Love Photography. With a keen interest in the human psyche, I delved into the complexities of human emotions through my work with photography clients and during the challenging years of motherhood. Along this journey, I encountered various healing modalities such as Bach Flower Essence therapy, somatic therapy, kundalini yoga, trauma informed yoga, HeartMath, mindfulness meditation, IFS parts work, and pranayama. These experiences and my subsequent certifications in those modalities equipped me with the expertise to offer these transformative practices to others. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's Degree as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2025. My professional commitment lies in supporting others as they navigate life's unpredictable challenges. I firmly believe that through candid introspection—exploring our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and responses to the world—we can pose vital questions that lead to self-discovery and resilience. With unwavering passion and dedication, I am committed to empowering individuals to embrace their innate capacities for growth and healing.
