Jamie Shupp is an outdoor enthusiast who loves connecting to her body through movement and breath.
Yoga found her in 2000 in a time in her life when she needed it the most. She has explored many styles of yoga in the past 20+ years and continues to learn something new from every class. In 2024 she became a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) receiving her 200 hour training from Gateway Yoga in St. Louis, MO. She pursued this training to deepen her practice and help others find and fall in love with yoga as well. She is now the current owner of Gateway Yoga in St. Louis, MO.
