About
Originally from New Jersey, Jamie began practicing yoga in 2001.
Jamie Spritzer, is a RYT 500 yoga instructor. Simultaneously, she owns and operates a professional company, D-65, leading Digital Photography workshops. Jamie discovered the countless benefits of her yoga practice and decided to commence her first training in 2006 at Core Power Yoga in Colorado. After 13 years, and hundreds of hours of intense training and workshops, Jamie most recently completed her 500 hour with Todd and Tamara McLaughlin, the co-founders of Native Yoga in Palm Beach County. Teaching others is a gift that comes quite naturally to her. Jamie is known for her compassionate, mindful and non-judgmental, student-centric teaching style.. In 2012, Jamie’s desire to find home, work and lifestyle balance led her to begin studying Transcendental Meditation, Mindfulness and various others forms of meditation. Since that time, it has changed her journey, and the benefits are contagious to everyone she comes in connection with. Jamie weaves thought-provoking meditations, wisdom and yoga in a useful and accessible style for all-levels of students. She believes quieting the mind through practice, leads to a greater sense of ease, non-reaction and contentment within oneself and with others. Jamie’s greatest teachers are her children, whom are constant reminders to remain patient in the present and just breathe.
