I have been practicing yoga since 2012 and teaching yoga since 2017.
I have been dancing all my life and found yoga as a practice to supplement dance. My dance background gives me a unique perspective in the yoga studio and has instilled in me a belief in somatic practices and the linking of mind and body. I believe that yoga is for everybody and every body. Our bodies are unique, and our experiences in our bodies are different each day. This is why I love the Baptiste yoga methodology. Baptiste serves to tangibly tell us where we are in our bodies. I cultivate an energetic and fun class to create a space of relaxation and an escape from everyday stressors.
