Jan's journey with Yoga started in the 70's learning from books.
By the late 70's living in LA , Jan started taking group Yoga classes. She studied under Linda Hiller for 11 years and has taken from many 100's of teachers from NYC to LA to Orange County and SD County California. Being in her 70's and teaching many classes, without certification, this was on Jan's bucket list. Her passion is working with Baby Boomers and helping with chronic pain, alignment and balance.
