Jana holds multiple yoga certifications, including through Now:Yoga (Edward Jones, Frank Mauro, and Joe Miller), Om Yoga (Cyndi Lee), and Y4C (Tari Prinster), and currently teaches a flowing Vinyasa style class at Now:Yoga and Peridance Capezio Center. As an AntiGravity® certified teacher at Studio Anya, Jana enjoys sharing both the playfulness and the restorative benefits offered through the practice.
Jana is also a mentor and teacher for Y4C (Yoga for Cancer), and offers group classes and privates tailored to address he specific needs of cancer patients and survivors. Deepest gratitude to all of her teachers who have guided and supported her along this path. Jana also teaches contemporary dance at Peridance Capezio Center and is Co-Artistic Director of The Next Stage Project. She holds a BFA in dance from SMU and has performed, taught and choreographed for over 30 years in the US and abroad.
