Janelle Cornwell is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School Janelle has practiced yoga for over years She is an experienced yoga teacher with a hour certification from Karuna Center for Yoga and Healing Arts with Eileen Muir and Paul Menard as her principal teachers She earned her -hour certification in with Muir and her -hour certification in with Menard She teaches class series workshops and private lessons specializing in supported yoga for people with physical challenges While Janelle has studied several styles of yoga her practice is primarily influenced by Muir and Menards study of the Iyengar tradition with an emphasis on physical alignment and philosophical inquiry Before moving to Venice Florida in August she owned and directed Cherry Valley Yoga in Cherry Valley Massachusetts and is the owner of Yoga with Janelle in Venice Janelle also has a PhD in Geography.
