Yoga became a part of Janita’s life in the year 2015 after suffering from severe back pain for almost three (3) years prior.
After her very first class she was so sure that this would be more than just a remedy for her pain. She adores yoga so much that it became her life’s goal to share this wonderful and ancient technique with as many individual as possible. Yoga is the complete harmony of the body, mind and soul. Through the practice of the eight (8) limbs of yoga one can become aware of their body, thoughts and environment thus leading a more purposeful life and bringing peace to all those around them. Janita is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga and Ayurveda Center. She believe that through her determination and willingness to learn that she will be able to help and motivate individuals through their yoga journey in order to live an enhanced lifestyle.
