Jann Dolk is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Jann completed the 200 hour teacher training at One Yoga Planet in Ashtanga Vinyasa and is an E-RYT 200. And has completed an advanced 300 hour through My Vinyasa Practice and now has her RYT500. Jann teaches a variety of classes, using a focus on the practitioner exploring their body/mind needs for that practice, exploring movement and stillness as they see fit. In all of her classes, she emphasizes attention to their breath, and, using their interoception to listen to the messages the body is sending. You can expect a bit of humor as well! Sharing the wonder of yoga is an incredible experience and she is grateful every time she stands in front of the class to learn from the students and share with them.
