When I found myself constantly sick for a couple of years in a row I knew something had to change Eventually I found a doctor who recommended yoga as a way to get healthy and reduce stress When my husband and I moved to Alaska I took a deep dive into yoga starting with a weekend Restorative Training that doubled as self-care After that weekend I knew I wanted to live my life slowly intentionally and in the pursuit of self-healing I went on to complete my -hour training and additional Restorative Yoga certifications which gave me the tools to care for my students and helped me discover my love for teaching As my journey continued I expanded into energy healing and sound healing which deepened my connection to self-care and self-healing Using energy work to balance the body and sound healing to calm the nervous system and create meditative states has become an essential part of my practice The combination of yoga energy healing and sound healing offers powerful opportunities for slowing down connecting inward and promoting holistic healing for the body mind and spirit Yoga was the breakthrough to finding a healthier happier body and the starting point for my journey toward emotional and mental well-being Energy and sound healing became the companions that helped me expand and deepen that journey I hope to share these transformative practices with you so you can find your own path to self-discovery balance and healing.
