About
I am a trauma-informed E-RYT200, RYT500, and YACEP.
I completed my yoga teacher training with Ashe Yoga School in Houston, TX. I guide Yoga Nidra weekly. I am also a Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga instructor. Yoga is a passion of mine and it is an honor and privilege to hold space for the amazing human beings who trust me to guide them in either a virtual class or in-person class. I am also TBI-informed and completed my Level I and Level II Yoga Teacher Training through LoveYourBrain. I am a member of the Veterans Yoga Project Teachers Alliance. I serve the communities of Veterans, Active Duty Members of the Military, and community as a whole. I teach weekly on VYP's Online Studio platform. I also work with the local Wounded Warrior Project team in Houston, TX guiding breathwork, meditation, and Yoga Nidra at their Physical Health & Wellness Expos. I am a trained and certified Death Doula for people and Companion Animals and host a virtual gathering called Peace with Death Café. I am a member of the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance. I offer End-of-Life care and planning for community. I am a Competitive Powerlifter as well. I've been training as a Powerlifter since October of 2018, and I've been competing since 2019. I deeply believe that Yoga is for all and should be accessible to all. I have had the incredible joy and honor to learn and expand with amazing teachers and fellow trainees from all over the world. I practice my practice on and off and mat. I stand with my community. My offerings and gatherings will forever be 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and kink affirming ally spaces.
