Jasmine A. Monahan

Baginski is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has been teaching yoga since 2018 and teaches power-vinyasa yoga, hot yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga sculpt classes at CorePower Yoga (CPY). Jasmine has taught at CPY studios all across Hawaii and Orange County, CA, and she occasionally teaches private and outdoor community classes as well. In addition to her RYT 200, Jasmine also received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University in 2022. She works as a full-time Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting and incorporates breath, mindfulness, and other aspects of wellness into her treatment style to promote overall health for her clients.
