Jasmine is a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion and curiosity for spirituality wellness and the healing power of rest  In addition to her -hour yoga teacher certification she has also completed trainings in Yin Yoga yoga for children meditation and Reiki and is constantly exploring other practices including sound healing crystals astrology and tarot She loves finding ways to weave these practices as well as poetry philosophy and mythology into her classes  Jasmines favorite practice to share is Yoga Nidra—a deeply restful and restorative meditation—because of the profound healing she has experienced through it firsthand You can often find her writing practices with the goal of helping others feel empowered supported and safe to rest  Currently she teaches yoga to both children and adults in Wyoming while building an online collection of classes to make these transformative practices more accessible to all.
