Jazeon Lee (she/her), a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, is a queer, neurodivergent, woman of color.
Jazeon came to Yoga in 2016 looking to find movement (because the gym just wasn't accessible) and she found so much more. Yoga has helped give her anxiety relief, grounding techniques, self-awareness, and self-appreciation. Jazeon strives to help people of all bodies and backgrounds to discover these things and more. Jazeon's classes encourage students to feel embodied and connected, not only to themselves, but to others and the Earth we all share.
