Jean Erlbaum is a Registered Yoga Teacher (500 hour E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

She has been teaching yoga since 1972 in Greenfield MA, where she still teaches each Spring and since 2010 in Naples, Florida each Fall/ Winter. She offers Gentle Yoga, Over 50 Yoga, Women's Yoga and Chair Yoga in several locations. She also teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction which offers yoga, meditation and an understanding of the physiology of stress. She has published a book through Wisdom Publications called Sit with Less Pain: Gentle Yoga for Meditators and Everyone Else, along with 4 companion CDs.
