Jean Rioux ERYT YACEP I love yoga This practice has provided me the space to breathe and connect to my body on a level of acceptance I had never had From the moment I began to practice I knew that this was it for me and that I want to share with anyone interested My training began in at Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta and went on to train extensively with Tias Little Doug Keller Sean Tebor Baron Baptiste level & Sara Powers and Live Love Teach; Stacy Dockins and Phillip Urso Current influence is Tim Miller from Ashtanga Yoga Center I teach a breath and body based vinyasa flow class that is created in the moment based on the students in the room You will be challenged have fun go deeper in relaxation and leave feeling open for whatever comes you way next I have also been a Licensed Massage Therapist since I co-own Jiva Yoga Center with my husband Ken Jean Rioux is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS.
