Helping people feel better is the purpose for my life here on Earth.
I do this by simply sharing what I've learned and giving warm loving support and encouragement to my clients. In June of 2020, after 2.5 years of diligent study, I earned my certification as a Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Through this unique training, I have learned to effectively and safely apply the traditional and contemporary techniques of yoga to address specific conditions. This includes symptom management of chronic illness as well as relief from various types of pain. I offer private sessions and a weekly class at my studio (drop in-s welcome, donation basis).
