Yoga encourages us to strive for mind-body balance and well-being and “to still the fluctuations of the mind.” My regular yoga practice has carried over to life off the mat, reminding me to just be, to breathe, to respect and honor all beings, to remain humble, to let go.
I aspire to to share the bountiful benefits of yoga with others regardless of (dis)ability or age, shape or size, color or gender. And so, here I am – a humble heart. It would be my honor to lead you in yoga practice. Stay humble. Be kind. Love. Jeanne Cutrona is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Inner Strength Studios in Watertown, MA in May 2017 and her 300 hour teacher training with Boston Yoga School/JP Centre Yoga in Jamaica Plain, MA in June 2019.
