Jeannie is a passionista for Yoga and Wellness. She is an E- RYT with a specialty in Children's Yoga. She trained through Radiant Child Yoga under Shakta Khalsa, one of the pioneers of Children's Yoga. Jeannie has instructed all age groups and has also worked with children with special needs. She believes that children are the true expression of living in the moment. She believes teaching yoga to children promotes happiness, confidence, and feeling good about themselves while practicing kindness, love and compassion towards others. Yoga for children is a lifelong tool that will continue to deepen. Jeannie has coached children over the past three decades in various sports and martial arts. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She has raised three sons and has three grandsons and one granddaughter. She is a licensed Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician with many advanced trainings in Bodywork. Jeannie instructs Adult Yoga in Virginia Beach, Children's play groups in Virginia Beach, Adaptive Yoga for Seniors, Yoga at The Flowering Almond Spa, and works with private clients in their homes.
