Jeannie Mueller is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance She first discovered yoga in college and became serious about her practice after she attended a weeklong yoga retreat in Ischia Italy Upon returning home Jeannie felt a deep desire to teach She became certified in at the Colorado Yoga House in Montrose Colorado She spent the last few years developing a wellness program/teaching for River Valley Family Health Center By day she is the Chief Medical Officer and by night yoga instructor Not only does she love yoga for the strength and flexibility it offers but the focus and breath work that quiets the citta vritti monkey mind Her passion is learning about eastern medicine and practices She has completed Reiki Level and Level and ear acupuncture certification She loves to garden and camp.
