Jeffrey Yogi Jeff has been practicing yoga for over years which started as a supplement to his football and Rugby workouts at the gym After years of intense play and several sports related injuries he deepened his practice to gain flexibility and learn more about the body The goal was to reduce his frequency of visits to the ortho! He accomplished that and received so much more than he bargained for A -hr graduate of the reknowned Yoga Vidya Teacher Training program Jeffrey continues his education and is on the cusp of completing his hr training under the tutelage of Saumya Lauren Toolin A recent initiate of an authentic tantric tradition originating in the Himilayas and founder of ASOM YOGA Jeffrey has a daily personal practice which guides his intention of helping people become better versions of themselves Jeffreys goal is to provide you with a safe yet challenging experience to nurture Strength devotion to the Spirit and guide you to your true Self.
