Jeff lives in Norway where he has been teaching since 2019.
He received his RYS 200 certification with Om and Flow in Hiiumaa, Estonia in 2021. As a former rock climber and trained dancer, Jeff is naturally drawn to fluid and strong ashtanga style vinyasa. His degree in Theater helped him to foster the importance of creativity and self expression in movement and in life. Through comparative spiritual philosophies, Ayurveda and his own yogic path Jeff likes to focus on the alchemy of self.
