Jeff

After retiring from the Army after 21 years, he wanted to try something new. He fell in love with yoga from the first time he tried it. Jeff is a graduate of the first 200 Hr Registered Yoga Teachers Training from Ntouch School of Yoga and Wellness. He has attended workshops with Laura Spaulding, Kino Macgregor, Tim Feldmann, Francois Raoult, David Garrigues, Doug Keller, Laura Burkhart, Taylor Hunt, David Ji, Ramanand Patel, and Robert Moses. Jeff led a hot yoga practice at Studio X Fitness until September 2015 when they closed their doors. He is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, and uses his knowledge of muscles to help put together his classes. The classes blend the best of the Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha systems to provide a class that is safe, creative and playful. In 2015 he obtained his Masters degree (Organizational Leadership) in 2018. Currently enrolled in Laura Burkhart's 300 Hr YTT.
