I had practiced yoga on and off throughout my earlier life but something shifted it became my ultimate passion! I fell in love with the teachings the beauty the calming and energetic qualities of the practice it became a part of me my body mind heart and spirit I am constantly educating myself within yoga communities practices and philosophies I am currently E-RYT & E-RYT and YACEP certified My focus is on my students and their needs; physically mentally and emotionally and I work my classes from there I strive to engage all areas of the body while calming the mind and hope that each student leaves feeling better then when they arrived Lastly I have worked with stroke and Parkinsons patientsits a area close to my heart Teaching is my passionand thru that passion I hope to inspire as many as I can physically mentally and spiritually.
