Jen Hegerty is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS I have a Bachelors in Science from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Counselor Education from University of Dayton I received my hr training from Center for Wholeness in Integrative Yoga Teacher Training and hr training from Ember/Radiant Yoga Teacher Training I also completed advanced meditation trauma sensitive pranayama trainings In received my Paddleboard Yoga Basics certification In I completed my Mindful Life Schools Certification and worked with students in elementary schools on mindfulness and self-regulation I completed my Reiki Master training in from the Karma Yoga Foundation.
