I've been happy to share my knowledge of yoga and the body with others for a while. Gaining my teacher training has allowed me to achieve this for more time. I hope to practice yoga therapy in the future along with traditional flow classes. For now I teach one on one, group classes, and do collaborative projects, Can't wait for you to join me on the mat.
