Happily married to my best friend raising our two precious little boys.
I'm very honored to be able to practice, enjoy, share my passion and love of yoga!! Great classes with amazing students. I am fortunate to have over 13 years teaching experience, along with assistance in running and operating YOGAMATTERS Yoga Studio. I have achieved such gratifications from this treasure called yoga. My goal is to spread the joy and benefits of yoga to everyone I can. I started in the healthcare field as a Dental assistant in 2000 earning years experience, I found great pleasure helping others. Yoga has opened a "never ending" opportunity for me to continue helping others. Teaching and aiding each individuals health, while providing each student with their own skills to help themselves.
