Hi, I’m Jenna!Movement has always been a central part of my life, shaped by a background in team sports, endurance running, triathlon, and lifestyle sports.
Yoga became the practice that brought all of those experiences together — a space where strength, awareness, and intention could coexist. I completed my 200-hour teacher training with YogaUnion in Ubud, Bali where I immersed myself in Vinyasa flow, pranayama, meditation, alignment, anatomy, and yoga philosophy, deepening both my personal practice and my teaching style.My classes focus on mindful movement, strength-building, and sustainable progress, with thoughtful sequencing that balances effort and fluidity. I aim to create supportive, grounded spaces where students can listen to their bodies, explore their edges safely, and build resilience over time. Expect a flow that’s intentional and breath-driven — challenging yet accessible — with room for curiosity, creativity, and growth on and off the mat.
