And a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher. She completed the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jessie Kates and Flissy Saucier and the 300 LifePower Yoga Teacher Training with Jonny Kest. Jen completed the 95 hour children's yoga training through ChildLight Education Company. Jennefer's classes are rooted in breath and movement, with playful opportunities to flow on your own while using static postures to expand your self awareness! Jennefer teaches yoga to all ages from 0 to 100+!
