As a Mama with a toddler and baby my current passion is in prenatal and toddler yoga I believe in the power of community and that it takes a village to raise a child Earning my Masters in Public Health in solidified and strengthened my calling for community engagement I was blessed to earn my yoga teacher training certificate from Marianne Wells Yoga School in alongside my parents and became a Maha Mama Prenatal Yoga Teacher under the guidance of Krissy Shields in I teach Prenatal Baby and Family Yoga in my local Joshua Tree village and offer Prenatal and Community Enhancing Retreats to share this magical village with like-minded souls looking for a breath of fresh air My husband and I practice yoga together and separate so no surprise that yoga played a major role in the birth of both our sons I founded Jennica Joyce Yoga in to help spread the peace love and joy of yoga to all Reach out anytime :.
