My journey with yoga began nearly years ago and continues to evolve as a deeply personal and transformative practice Over the decades Ive explored the many dimensions of yoga—physical spiritual and philosophical—while also maintaining a long-term commitment to Transcendental Meditation which has grounded my approach to teaching and living I hold a -hour yoga teacher certification and am additionally certified in Yin Yoga My teaching style reflects a balance of strength and stillness rooted in mindfulness and compassion As both an artist and a mother I bring creativity intuition and empathy to my practice and instruction I am especially passionate about using yoga as a tool for community care I offer donation-based sessions that support nonprofit organizations and causes I care deeply about If youre a nonprofit or mission-driven organization interested in partnering for a yoga-based fundraiser or healing session I would love to connect.
